Bulldog backs and endorses Sarkodie in response to his Statement on the Ghanaian media

The recent remarks made by Sarkodie concerning the Ghanaian media scene have also prompted a response from Lawrence Nana Asiamah Hanson, also known as Bullgod, a Ghanaian entertainment critic and celebrity.

He contends that the media should be reprimanded when they behave improperly or insensitively cover topics they are not intended to cover.

He added that Sarkodie’s scathing remarks on the media landscape should serve as a wake-up call for everyone in the entertainment industry.

“When the media commits a mistake, it merits criticism. We all need to elevate ourselves if we want to dissect Sarkodie’s remarks line by line, he said, thus Ghana as a society must improve.

Bullgod also noted that he does not remember ever hearing anyone say anything derogatory about the rapper on the air or on screens in an interview for the Daybreak Hitz show on Hitz FM.

He said, “I don’t remember anyone recently saying anything nasty about Sarkodie.

Bullgod also questioned Sarkodie’s willingness to accept criticism from any BBC-affiliated media figure since he maintains that Ghanaian media figures lack the moral authority to disparage Ghanaian musicians.
