My biggest Song till date is a Gospel Song – Sarkodie

The 2014 song Adonai, which he co-wrote with the late Castro, is Sarkodie’s greatest hit to date, the Ghanaian rapper said to George Quaye on Showbiz A-Z on Joy FM.

“Adonai, which is a gospel song, I would say is still My favourite song ever, and in play it everywhere I go.

The effect is tremendous on its own.” Regarding his daughter’s ability to pursue music, he stated, “I won’t be bothered if Titi says she wants to.” I’ll impart to her my knowledge as an artist.” Sarkodie went on to thank God and his devoted followers for his accomplishment. The rapper recently voiced his thoughts over the Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale feud.

Sarkodie had written on his Instagram account: “Charterhouse sell tickets for award show which is wrong ( but I only understand due to lack of funds to put up a top notch event like the vgma) but it still doesn’t make it right.”

The rapper, who is a multiple award winner and the winner of the 2019 Vodaofne Ghana Music Awards’ Artiste of the Decade award, also made the argument that Charterhouse shouldn’t be selling tickets to the general public.

He made this comparison to other prestigious award shows like the Grammys, BET, and sports awards, saying that it is unprecedented for an award programme to sell tickets to the general public while still making decisions that are against the will of the people.
