Ghanaian musician Sarkodie has disclosed that his Twitter (now X) account was made for him by his long-time partner, Omar Sterling of R2Bees.
Sarkodie claims that Sterling created the account while he was mostly engaged on Facebook and expressly encouraged him to continue using the site.
The revelation, which was made public in a widely circulated video clip, demonstrates the strong relationship and vision between the two musicians, who have a lengthy history of working together on music.
Omar Sterling is credited by Sarkodie, who now has a sizable fan base on X, with introducing him to the platform and supporting his ongoing presence there.
