Charles Kwadwo Fosu, commonly known as Daddy Lumba, a famed highlife musician, has received accolades from Michael Owusu Addo, also known as Sarkodie, the most decorated African and Ghanaian rapper.
Sarkodie lauded the great Daddy Lumba’s creativity and pointed out that, even when it wasn’t intentional, his songs were always on spot.
Speaking on Asempa FM News from Accra, Sarkodie urged that the huge contributions made by Daddy Lumba to the Ghanaian music business should be honoured.
“Lumba remains Lumba. Let him sneeze into a microphone, and the situation will change. We should adore him because he is a fantastic musician, Sarkodie said.
Charles Kwadwo Fosu has been highly exceptional in the Ghanaian music industry for more than three decades and has had a number of successful songs.
He is regarded as the greatest musician of all time because of the numerous prizes he has received for his distinctive musical style.
He has over 200 songs, including Ankwanoma, Ebi Se Eye Aduro, Theresa, Poison, Yereye Aka Akwantuo Mu, Sika Asem, and over 30 albums.
