Dope and talented Ghanaian heavyweight top musician widely known as Sarkodie, has come to the aid of Black Sherif, who released his new track “Kwaku the Traveler” a few days ago, which has already started topping charts in Ghana and Nigeria.
After the release of the song, although a lot of Ghanaians and some Nigerians have reacted to the song by hurling praises at the artist, other section of fans are bashing him over the song.
One of Ghanaian Entertainment pundits known as Mr. Logic has been on Black Sherif’s case for some time has reacted to the new song. Mr. Logic has been criticizing Black Sherif on different occasions and also on a new song Black Sherif dropped, he described a phrase in the song as rubbish.
After the release of the song, Ghanaian rap champion who understands the music art to the highest level known as Sarkodie, has also reacted on the song. On his official Facebook handle, Sarkodie posted the audio slide of the song with the caption:
“I’m following the script and I love it”.
However, the hit song has been sparking controversy in the industry due to Black’s choice of lyrics. The song “Kwaku The Traveler” talks about a young man finding his way around the streets committing mistakes just like everyone but trying to survive. His storyline has attracted critics however, the artist has cleared the air.
