It has been suggested to Ghanaian journalists who have been on the radio for years without moving forward to not put pressure on singers who are not pushing the envelope.

Sarkodie contends that these individuals lack the moral authority to judge any singer who is attempting to gain international recognition.

The rapper expressed his outrage at the torrent of criticism that the artists receive from local media in an interview with Firestick.

While they haven’t made it to the BBC, some journalists in Ghana have been on the radio for more than 20 years and continue to be critical of musicians. Why are they unable to reach the BBC as well? He questioned.

Shatta responded to Sarkodie’s remarks in his most recent interview. Shatta has been relentlessly criticising bullies and bullies in the media.

Shatta Wale praised Sarkodie on his Twitter page for speaking up after years of remaining silent and witnessing Ghanaians crucify him for the same statements.

The SM Boss urged other musicians to band together and take advantage of Sarkodie’s remarks to create an alliance that will work to improve the conditions for musicians to flourish in the nation.

“SM, BHIM, SARK, BLACKO, and MDK lovers let’s all utilise this moment and profit on what sark and let’s stop the “this one is better than this”..we are wasting our time..period,” he wrote in a tweet. I support the truth and oppose lies.
