Vic Mensa Famous Ghanaian rapper Sarkodie, also known as Michael Owusu Addo on stage, has praised Vic Mensa and Chance The Rapper on the microblogging site.
Sarkodie implied in a tweet that Vic Mensa and Chance The Rapper, two African-American rappers, have dedicated their careers to serving as liaisons between Ghanaians and their counterparts abroad.
He claimed that the two renowned rappers are steadily closing the gap between our nation and the rest of the globe through their mastery of music.
He made this statement ahead of the #BlackStarLineFestival concert to be hosted by Vic Mensa and Chance The Rapper on the 6th of January 2023 in Accra, Ghana.

Vic Mensa claimed that his goal is to close the gap between the African continent and the diaspora when he made the announcement a few weeks ago. With their next event, he and Chance The Rapper, he continued, are one step closer to realising their ambition.
“We want to create bridges that span the chasm left by the transatlantic slave trade. Today, we have taken a step toward making that ambition a reality,” he remarked.
Chance The Rapper further disclosed that renowned musicians from all over the world will attend the event.
